1. Check that wall plug outlet is turned on.
2. If your Europe Magic Wand is with a serial number below 1400000, you have to press the "+" button for at least two seconds for it to start. Else just press the "+" button.
3. If Europe Magic Wand is not starting anyway, please contact the shop where you bought it for a replacement.
